Records may be incomplete, delayed, unavailable or revised by a source. Authorization does not establish successful ingestion. Stored values and derived views should be checked against their sources. This dashboard is not a medical device, diagnostic service or substitute for professional care.

No guarantee of continuous availability or error free data is made. Preserve independent backups and verify restoration before relying on this application as your only record. Disconnecting a source preserves local history unless you separately arrange its removal. Review the privacy policy for storage, sharing and retention details.
